Marilyn Cairo-Vice President, Marketing - Marilyn began her journey in the travel industry in 1991 in the Miami based corporate office for the Ramada/Renaissance Group, serving as a Group Coordinator for the Latin America & Caribbean division. Within 3 years, she ventured into the operational side of hospitality as the Sales & Catering Manager for the Ramada Miami Airport Hotel, responsible for generating over half a million in revenue. In 1996, she joined Unique Vacations, Inc., Worldwide Representatives of Sandals & Beaches Resorts and spent 11 years capturing every aspect of the retail side of the industry, to include the launch of the Preferred Sandals Specialist Program and rebirth of the Certified Sandals Specialist Program. During her tenure with Unique Vacations, she trained over 5,000 travel agents on the benefits of brand marketing and completed a marketing guide, designed to educate travel partners on making the most of their co-op marketing ventures, while maintaining quality & consistency with the brand placement.

Hilary Lanzer-Vice President, Sales - Hilary started her travel industry experience as a second career in Boston, MA after having spent a solid 15 years in the Hospitality trade in both Europe and the U.S. After establishing herself as a Caribbean expert in Boston, Hilary moved to Texas to build business for the Caribbean and automate wholesalers established as experts there and in Central America, thus, gaining extensive knowledge of the resort market. An active member of the Caribbean Tourism Organization since 1998, Hilary has worked as a consultant for many industry suppliers, including The Cayman Connection, Tropical Travel, Aruba Vacations, Allegro Resorts, and her promotional creativity and sales expertise culminated back in the North-Eastern states as Regional Director of Sales for Unique Vacations, Inc., Worldwide Representatives of Sandals & Beaches Resorts. Professing education as the basis of any good sales group, Hilary manages to enjoy her work extensively in the Caribbean and is proud to continue her work in sustainable tourism with the ask me... program.



Sarai Cairo-Director of Industry Relations – Sarai began her career in the travel industry in 1987 with the Miami based office for the Latin America/Caribbean Division of Ramada/Renaissance Hotel Group as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of the Caribbean, where she spent 6+ years. While at Ramada, Sarai become an integral part of the Management Team, responsible for hotel take-over, franchise and management contracts. In 1994, she joined Unique Vacations, Inc., Worldwide Representatives for Sandals & Beaches Resorts where she spent 10+ years focusing on the retail side of the industry. During her tenure, she was a direct influence and had extensive input into the creation, inception and development of the Certified Sandals Specialist program. She later took on the role of Inside Sales Manager, SE Region, where she was responsible for liaising and assisting travel professionals in 13 states on the benefits of branding and co-op marketing ventures available to grow an agency’s market share for the company, to include selling approximately 1.5 million dollars in co-op (tag-on) advertisements.
