Anse Chastanet ResorT - accomodations
When first acquired by Nick Troubetzkoy in 1974, Anse Chastanet consisted of only 14 hillside rooms. Throughout the years, Nick’s passion for architecture has produced some of the Caribbean’s most unique rooms, which today comprise the 49 guest rooms available for you at Anse Chastanet. At this resort, no two rooms are alike and the use of local woods and products throughout the décor and furnishings is prevalent in every category. Incorporating linens made from the color cotton fabrics called ‘madras’ the island’s natural cloth, you will even encounter rooms where the entire fourth wall is open to the vistas – a genuine experience that can only be found at Anse Chastanet.
Room categories at Anse Chastanet include:
Offering views of the garden or partial ocean view, balcony and a queen or king size bed.
Offering views of the ocean and/or Pitons, as well as a balcony. Slightly larger than the standard hillside rooms and octagonal or rectangular in shape, with 2 twin beds or one king size bed.
Very spacious rooms with either 2 double beds or 1 king size bed, offering a tropical garden view, patio or large balconies and just steps away from the water’s edge.
Extremely spacious and individually designed accommodations, some with a very open-air style and a missing fourth wall and some with a dramatic open roof dormer. Some rooms offer a formal separation between bedroom and living room; others are wide open spaces flowing into each other. These rooms offer a king size bed, balcony and views of the Piton and/or ocean.
By virtue of their very elevated and strategic location, these rooms offer picture perfect views of the Pitons and surrounding Sea and some have even removed the fourth wall. Also the most spacious rooms on-site, enticing guests with a unique luxury – ‘showers with a view’.
