Blue Restaurant
Enjoy an eclectic mix of International flair and unlimited dining options from an array of 5 different menus, which include fare inspired by; lobster, vegetarian, South Beach diet, low fat/low carb and of course, our Chef’s choice.  All this, in addition to the restaurant’s daily changing International theme menu, which offers fine pasta dishes, juicy steaks, ocean fresh seafood, all prepared to the finest Mexican, Italian, Fusion, Thai, Spanish and French cuisine.  As if that were not enough, the Blue offers a superior selection of international cheeses, delicious desserts and coffees to compliment your dinner.

Tainan Restaurant
Named after the ancient capital of Taiwan, Tainan entertains your palette with Asian-inspired cuisine, such as; sushi, sashimi, rice noodles, pot stickers, dumplings and succulent main courses prepared using the finest authentic ingredients.

• All indoor restaurants are non-smoking and select outdoor restaurants have a smoking area.
• 24-hour room service is also available, with menu options for young and old, including popcorn service to compliment your in-room DVD player.
• In order to guaranty supreme quality and service, restaurants cannot accommodate tables with more than 6 persons in the regular seating.
• For families traveling with little ones, Azul offers gourmet Gerber baby food.

La Mancha Energy Bar
This laid back Caribbean Café serves exotic fruit juices, jungle fruit smoothies, ice teas, espressos, cappuccino, delightful bites and tasty sweets.

Agavero Tequila Lounge
A truly Tequila inspired lounge where modern designs meet classical pieces from the legendary Pancho Villa era, including a replica of a 19th century Tequila bar.  Over 30 different Tequila’s await you, served straight, frozen or mixed into the most amazing margaritas.  Not only will the setting leave you feeling cool, the unbelievable frozen bar top will keep your specialty drink cool for as long as you need.

Aquanox Bar
During the day, enjoy tropical drinks in this thatched roof lounge and swim-up bar.  And at night, the bar transforms as the center of Azul’s nightly entertainment, where you can enjoy live music while sipping your favorite drink and lounging in their famous ‘hanging beds’.

To start, Karisma firmly believes that superior cuisine can only be achieved ‘a-la-carte’.  Add to that a dedicated food expert who supervises all aspects of the food service and the staff responsible for bringing it all to life, with a keen focus on several points crucial to the superior cuisine served; Quality, Creativity, Presentation, Innovation, and Taste.  Top it off with only the finest, authentic ingredients and produce used in the kitchens.  To the extent that they bake their own bread and pastries on a daily basis, make their own pasta and all sauces are made from scratch.  Karisma does not believe in pre-made or canned foods and use only the finest food suppliers.
