Confirming your Wedding

To confirm your wedding date and time, you can either call us (877-44-ASK ME) or send us an email (romanceexperts@askmeaboutdestinationweddings.com) with your name, contact information, requested wedding date, time and hotel.  We will respond within 48 hours of receipt. 

Please note:

• *If the wedding party consists of 15 rooms or more, for a minimum of 7-nights each (any room category), the Celebrate! Wedding package is complimentary.  Wedding parties of 20 rooms or more, for a minimum of 7-nights each (any room category) entitle the bride and groom to 3 complimentary nights of their honeymoon and a 10% discount on food & beverage.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the wedding date.  The balance is due 6-weeks prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
• Package inclusions may vary without any previous notice provided. 
• Package price includes tax and gratuity. 
• Weddings must be booked a minimum of 8 weeks in advance.
• A cancellation fee will apply to confirmed weddings canceled and additional penalties will be subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, as outlined in the hotel contract.
