One Bedroom Bayview or Oceanview Suite
This airy suite offers 1,100 square feet of space, complete with a master bedroom, full bathroom with double vanity, spacious living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, a terrace with outdoor furnishings and fully equipped kitchen.  (Maximum occupancy: 4 persons)

One Bedroom Bayview or Oceanview Treehouse Villa
This two-story ‘treehouse’ offers over 1,100 square feet of comfort, complete with a master bedroom, full bathroom and covered terrace on the second floor, as well as a spacious living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, front porch and fully equipped kitchen on the first floor.  (Maximum occupancy: 4 persons)

Two Bedroom Bayview or Oceanview Suite
Ranging in size from 1,067 – 1,480 square feet, this suite offers a spacious living room with sleeper sofa, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.  The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, the second bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and both bedrooms have full bathrooms.  (Maximum occupancy: 6 persons)

Three Bedroom Bayview or Oceanview Suite
This spacious two-story villa features 1,570 square feet of space.  On the first floor, guests will enjoy a living room with sleeper sofa, separate dining room, terrace, family room, fully equipped kitchen, plus a full bathroom.  The second floor is comprised of a king-bedded master bedroom with terrace and full bathroom with double vanity sinks.  Two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms are also located on the second floor.  (Maximum occupancy: 8 persons)

Three Bedroom Bayview or Oceanview Treehouse Villa
This two-story ‘treehouse’ offers over 2,100 square feet of style and features a living room with sleeper sofa, separate dining room, terrace, family room, fully equipped kitchen.  The first floor also features a guest bedroom with an open terrace and full bathroom.  Second floor is comprised of king-bedded master bedroom with two covered terraces, walk-in closet and master bath.  An additional guest bedroom with full bathroom and balcony is also located on the second floor.  (Maximum occupancy: 8 persons)

Three Bedroom Bayfront or Oceanfront Villa
These beautifully appointed villas range in size from 1,758 - 1,872 square feet of luxury.  Features include a living room with sleeper sofa, back terrace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.  The master bedroom includes a full bathroom and full-length terrace with entry from both the living room and bedroom.  One guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and the other guest room has two twin beds.  (Maximum occupancy: 8 persons)

Four Bedroom Bayfront or Oceanfront Villa
These spacious and fresh villas offer over 2,500 square feet of charm and elegance.  Each beautifully designed villa features a spacious living room with sleeper sofa, a separate dining room, a covered back porch as well as an open sundeck area.  Villas also include a fully equipped kitchen.  The master bedroom includes a full bathroom and full-length terrace with entry from both the living room and bedroom. Two of the guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds and the other guest room has two twin beds.  (Maximum occupancy: 10 persons)
