Las Fuentes Restaurant
This is without a doubt the signature restaurant at El Dorado Royale.  Couples will take pleasure in the spice filled dishes for which Mexico is famous, while the Chefs take you on a culinary journey, all on display and projected from the restaurant’s oversized screens.  Choose from a distinct a-la-care menu or allow the Chefs to serve you from one of five open kitchens.  Las Fuentes and its theatrical actors, the Chefs themselves, along with the music of Mexican Mariachis, welcome you to ‘Flavors and Colors of Mexico’.

La Fondue Restaurant
Whether you’re familiar with ‘fondue’ or not won’t make a difference on how much you will enjoy this restaurant.  Be warned, however, this isn’t your ordinary fondue restaurant…it’s a gourmet fondue experience.

Las Guacamayas Bar – Serving ice cold Mexican beers, cheladas, exotic cocktails and aged Tequila, with live music as a backdrop to a festive evening. 

Cotorros Bar – A healthy bar for those trying to behave while on holiday. 

Gaviotas Seashore Bar – Located in front of the Kampai Restaurant. 

Beach Bar – Located right on the beach, for those of you looking to perfect the art of becoming a beach bum. 

La Isla Bar (swim-up) – Located at the main pool. 

Las Fuentes Bar (swim-up) – Located near Las Fuentes Restaurant.  

Tucanes Bar (swim-up) – If you’re trying to avoid the sun, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a cool drink, as it offers a shaded area with cozy seating.

To start, Karisma firmly believes that superior cuisine can only be achieved ‘a-la-carte’.  Add to that a dedicated food expert who supervises all aspects of the food service and the staff responsible for bringing it all to life, with a keen focus on several points crucial to the superior cuisine served; Quality, Creativity, Presentation, Innovation, and Taste.  Top it off with only the finest, authentic ingredients and produce used in the kitchens.  To the extent that they bake their own bread and pastries on a daily basis, make their own pasta and all sauces are made from scratch.  Karisma does not believe in pre-made or canned foods and use only the finest food suppliers.
