Arrecifes Restaurant
Dining at this restaurant will keep you guessing, especially for dinner, as the Chef’s menu changes daily. In fact, they won’t even tell you much more about the cuisine other than its ‘specialty’, so be prepared to be pleasantly surprised.

Klay Talay Restaurant
If not for the ambiance, this restaurant will certainly leave you amazed with the cuisine served – author’s cuisine. And in case you’re wondering what author’s cuisine is all about…it’s a combination of science and artistry and, "experience" is the operative word in this type of fare. It's about taking fine ingredients and utilizing a progression of techniques, textures and temperatures in order to extract flavors without altering their taste. Once you have the unaltered flavor, it can add new dimensions to accompanying ingredients. More importantly, there are no rules and no boundaries with author's cuisine, so expect the unexpected.

- All indoor restaurants are non-smoking and select outdoor restaurants have a smoking area.
- Dress Code defined: Casual elegance = no T-shirts, flip-flops, tank-tops, short shorts, sneakers, Bermudas.
- 24-hour room service is also available (restrictions will apply on rainy days).
- In order to guaranty supreme quality and service, a maximum of 6 people per table is allowed. Any more than 6, restrictions will apply. The only exception to this would be the Vida Restaurant & Grill, which can accommodate seating for up to 8 people per table.

Can we offer you something to drink? It’s your choice…from fine wine to exotic cocktails and, who can resist the occasion to try 40 different Tequilas or sample a Margarita menu with 20 varieties to choose from.
Las Guacamayas Bar – Enjoy a cold Mexican beer or an aged Tequila as you and your honey ‘swing’ to the beat of tropical music under a traditional palapa. In the afternoon, enjoy Tea Time, complete with tea, coffee and pastries.
Los Cotorros Bar – A beachfront bar, conveniently located next to The Spa, where you can ‘swing’ and drink all at once.
Arrecifes Bar (swim-up) // Colibri Bar (swim-up)
Gaviota Bar & Lounge (swim-up) – Located in the heart of the resort, this is the perfect spot to relax and unwind to the sounds of waterfalls and the songs of the birds.
Guacamaya’s Lounge – You won’t find a more romantic setting than this to enjoy a Caribbean cocktail, with a clear view of the ocean, under a palapa (thatched) roof.
La Cantina – Located inside of La Carreta Restaurant, this is no ordinary bar – it’s a Tequila taster bar, with a wide selection of Tequilas to sample, mix and be ‘marry’ with.

To start, Karisma firmly believes that superior cuisine can only be achieved ‘a-la-carte’. Add to that a dedicated food expert who supervises all aspects of the food service and the staff responsible for bringing it all to life, with a keen focus on several points crucial to the superior cuisine served; Quality, Creativity, Presentation, Innovation, and Taste. Top it off with only the finest, authentic ingredients and produce used in the kitchens. To the extent that they bake their own bread and pastries on a daily basis, make their own pasta and all sauces are made from scratch. Karisma does not believe in pre-made or canned foods and use only the finest food suppliers.
