Confirming your Wedding Date
In order to confirm your wedding date and time, a completed wedding application must be received. Please download the form by following the link below or simply call our office (877-44-ASK ME) and we can email or fax the form. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application within 48 hours.

Please note:
- *The Free Sweet Wedding Package is valid when booking a Swim-up Jacuzzi Jr. Suite for a minimum of 7 nights and 15 additional room nights in any room category.
- A $200 non-refundable deposit and completed wedding application/contract is required to confirm the wedding date/time and the balance/final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Package inclusions may vary without any previous notice provided.
- Package price includes tax.
- Weddings must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance.
- A cancellation fee will apply to confirmed weddings canceled within 60 days of arrival.
