Guests of Jade Mountain will enjoy the dining experience available at Anse Chastanet. Anse Chastanet is very actively involved with the island’s local farmers to assist in undertaking which produce is essential to its culinary style. In fact, Anse Chastanet has expanded its own gardens to cultivate fresh herbs and fruits, grown amidst the historical ruins of the Anse Mamin plantation. Menus always include vegetarian options and the culinary team can also accommodate dietary needs.

The Piton / Treehouse Restaurant (Hillside)
Anse Chastanet’s culinary team celebrates tropical world cuisine, blending Caribbean gastronomy with other world fare, from French to Mediterranean and from Fusion to New World. Dine amongst the tree tops and the infinite Caribbean Sea in the bay below. Guests can now choose from 2 romantic treehouse settings, where the dinner menu changes nightly and consists of a 4-course meal, served in a romantic ambiance.

Trou au Diable Beach Restaurant (Beachside)
Consisting of a wide and varied menu, with choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean-Creole specialties from an a-la-carte menu, in addition to a large buffet spread with hot and cold dishes. On Tuesdays, a Caribbean theme prevails in the evening, starting with a cocktail reception, followed by a special buffet and a festive atmosphere along the entire stretch of beach in front of the restaurant.
On all other evenings, a special Indian-infused theme menu is presented, titled Apsara. Apsara is an innovative fusion of modern East Indian and Caribbean cooking, a celebration of St. Lucia’s historical and cultural ties with East India. In addition, the beach bar offers a grill menu.

Beach Grill
On all evenings, except Tuesdays, enjoy a grill menu from the beach bar, providing you with the option of light fare, enjoyed near the water’s edge, in a casual setting.

Additional Dining Highlights:
- Afternoon Tea is served daily, from 3:30-5:30pm in both the Piton Bar and Beach Bar, and an afternoon snack menu is also available at this time.
- Dress Code defined: Casual elegance (for dinner) = no flip-flops, tank-tops, short shorts, beachwear – collared shirts, bermuda shorts or trousers are recommended. For breakfast/lunch, dry clothing in the beach restaurant and a light cover up is requested.

Bars
There are two bars to quench your thirst – the Piti Piton Bar at the Treehouse Restaurant and the Trou au Diable Beach Restaurant and both are open daily. Both bars offer a wide selection of tropical cocktails, beers, liquors, including fine malt whiskeys, eau-de-vies and after dinner drinks. May we suggest you start your holiday with a ‘Stairway to Heaven’ or a ‘Caribbean Kiss’?
