Hemispheres
As the main dining room on property, this casual restaurant, offering both indoor and outdoor seating and a breezy relaxed atmosphere is sure to please young and old.  Breakfast selections range from fresh fruit and granola to pancakes and omelets made-to-order; lunch features homemade soups, salads and sandwiches as well as selections from the grill.  And in the evening’s, the menu theme is inspired by cuisine from around the world, offering an International flair.  And don’t miss the weekly Caribbean Buffet, where you will sample such traditional local fare as Pepperpot with Johnny Cakes and Fungi.

Coconut Grill
Located just steps from the beach, the Coconut Grill serves up quick and tasty choices including hamburgers, hot dogs and grilled jerk chicken, along with fish sandwiches and crispy French fries all afternoon.  Take a snack up to the Observation Deck and enjoy the amazing panoramic view of the Caribbean.

Ristorante Bocciolo
With exceptional ambiance and air-conditioned comfort within a non-smoking environment, Ristorante Bocciolo features an antipasto bar, home-made pasta, salads and Italian entrees, as well as the Chef's special daily creations.  Some supplementary menu items are not part of the all-inclusive plan and are subject to a nominal surcharge.

Lydia’s at Crab Hole Village
Caribbean cuisine and fresh grilled seafood is prepared fresh in our open kitchen and served right on the beach at this casual open-air restaurant.  Chicken and meat dishes are also available on the menu.  And on Sunday’s, Lydia’s opens for a renowned Brunch featuring Steel Band entertainment, where everyone is invited to join.  Some supplementary menu items, such as lobster, are not part of the all-inclusive plan and are subject to a nominal surcharge.

Utsav
Tucked in a cozy, open air setting, Utsav features a selection of dishes from India's many varied cuisines. With 5 bars to choose from, open from mid-morning to late night, offering house brand beverages and cocktails, including a cool swim-up bar in the majestic Fantasy Pool, there is undeniably plenty to quench even the biggest craving.  Premium wines, at moderate prices, are available at all a-la-carte restaurants.
