The Palms Wedding Package                   $4,250

• Professional services of an Ask Me Romance Expert for all your pre-travel needs and an on-site wedding coordinator at Palm Bay Beach Club
• Four days and three nights stay in One Bedroom Villas for the Bride & Groom and 4 additional guests (total of 3 rooms)
• ‘Welcome to Paradise’ fruit and wine basket in the bridal couple’s villa
• Four course dinner reception served Oceanside, including Champagne
• Small wedding cake and keepsake serving set
• Congratulatory gift from the resort for the bridal couple

Confirming your Wedding

To confirm your wedding date and time, you can either call us (877-44-ASK ME) or send us an email (romanceexperts@askmeaboutdestinationweddings.com) with your name, contact information, requested wedding date, time and hotel.  We will respond within 48 hours of receipt. 

Please note:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the wedding date.  The balance is due 7-days from booking and is non-refundable.
• Rates are per room and do not include tax (6%), tourist levy (4%), service fees (8%)and energy charges (2%). 
• Package inclusions may vary without any previous notice provided. 
• Weddings must be booked a minimum of 8 weeks in advance.  A surcharge will apply for weddings booked within 8 weeks. 
• A cancellation fee will apply to confirmed weddings canceled.
